Schuitemaker introduces a renewed control terminal for the Rapide 100 and 1000. The unique combination of joysticks and a 7" touch screen allows the driver to fully concentrate on the surroundings and the loading process.

Unique operating concept

The combination of the sturdy joysticks and the intelligent touchscreen makes it possible to work without having to concentrate on the screen. The logical layout of the screen, the user-friendly joysticks and the compact unit allow the driver to focus fully on his work. Thanks to the robust control box, the Schuitemaker DoubleTouch™ Control is suitable for the most demanding user.

Intelligent software

The software of the Schuitemaker DoubleTouch™ control offers the possibility to personalise setups. As a result, the Rapide does exactly what the user wants. By means of visual feedback on the control box, the driver can see everything he needs to know on the screen of the terminal. For example, the position of the tailgate during unloading, which is measured by means of an angle sensor, is indicated on the terminal.

The terminal is protected against incorrect operation. Audiovisual feedback indicates when and where the security will come into effect. This prevents dangerous situations and there is always full control.

Connectable

The interface of the Schuitemaker DoubleTouch™ control can be connected with Isobus. It can also be retrofitted on all existing Rapide 100 & 1000 models from 2020 onwards. In this way the convenience of the new DoubleTouch™ control will be integrated on all machines and with all systems.
